Osteria San Michele offers a unique culinary experience, where every dish is rooted in a deep connection with the land. Nestled in the Monte San Michele Park, it celebrates the beauty of the surrounding landscape with meals made from fresh, seasonal ingredients—many of them wild, like herbs, mushrooms, and roots.

Alice, our chef, is part of the Life Climate Smart Chefs project, an international initiative promoting sustainable cooking practices. Her approach is grounded in “wild cooking,” using spontaneous, seasonal ingredients that follow nature’s rhythm and honor what the land offers, without forcing it.

Each dish is paired with some of the finest wines from Chianti, for an authentic experience that brings together great food and environmental care.
